| iJustice™ solutions take internal and external filings to the next level and integrates comprehensive processing, configurable to your needs, with the case management systems, providing benefits to all agencies touching the system. Once approved, the requests can be processed automatically with the iJustice™ case management systems or through integration with any case management system. The data is exchanged in NIEM format.
The Integrated iFile™ solution is a web-based interface for the different agencies (law enforcement, prosecutors, public defenders, etc.) to route complaints, citations, warrant requests, evidence requests, and lab result requests, etc., attach any supporting documents (.pdf, .jpeg, .tiff, .word, .wav, .mp3, .avi, etc.) and submit the forms or requests electronically for review and approval and pass that information back to the provider and into the case management system as appropriate.
The solution provides the capability to request any additional information from the originating agency and the ability to notify (by email) once the requested information is received. The solution also provides status updates to the originating agency at different stages of submission. Status updates include; new requests, approvals, rejections, requirements for more information, new updates received, requests filed with the courts, etc.
The Integrated eFiling solution is a web-based portal with role based security access for external filings. The eFile Manager works with any electronic filing provider, giving total control to accept or reject a filing, correct filing fees, provide copies, etc.
Expedite processing of paper filings with xFile™. Two options are available depending on local practices. Gather electronic data for re-use or scan and work off of the image. Contact us for more details.
