iJustice® eReminder and eNotification Solution (iNotification™)

This advanced iJustice® solution features the ability for customers to be able to customize and automatically deliver interactive mobile text messages and other valuable informational services. In addition, this solution allows customers to connect systems and people, and intelligently orchestrate information to internal staff and the public. It can also provide interactive Court-To-Public (C2P) and Public-To-Court (P2C) Smart Mobile communications and fully automated public services (See iJustice® for Electronic SmartCourts - Mobile Public Services and eReminder Solution Suite for more information).

An example of some of the customer services it is capable of includes:

  • Works with your existing court system
  • Automatically sends customizable mobile cell phone text reminders to parties of their court date. Courts can configure reminder messages and frequency.
  • Parties (public and all others) can interactively subscribe and unsubscribe to receive notifications about a court case from their mobile phone.
  • Example of additional automated court to public information services:
    • Remind parties of a court date
    • Alert parties of a date or location change
    • Remind parties what to bring to court
    • Provide parties with court location information and helpful parking instructions and recommendations (i.e.: what time to arrive and where to enter).
    • Allow parties to request and receive a court form
    • Remind parties to make a payment that is due.

Additional features of this Solution:

  • Ability to integrate with any Court Case Management system, including all vendor products.
  • Expandable to offer additional mobile services to the public and enhance customer relationships.
  • Reusable, independent “component” solution. It is designed to work with any Court CMS. Example: We are integrated with Tyler’s Odyssey® Court CMS product serving an entire state, all courts in addition to our own iJustice® Court CMS in Illinois.
  • This advanced solution complies with the Next Generation Court Component Model strategy endorsed by IJIS and NCSC. The Court Component Model direction (court components) is a recognized best practice for next generation court solutions of the future.
  • This is a fully hosted, turnkey solution. No software installation is required and no County data center or hardware investment required. No County IT Support required. We host the solution (Cloud) and do all IT support.
  • The system is operational 24/7, meaning the courts are open for business and delivering mobile services to constituents 24/7.
  • All eReminder messages are customizable and configurable by the client.
